Our story begins with a vision shared by Schetza Luque and Enrique Clement: to bring specialty coffee to the world that honors our roots while daring to look far beyond them.

Alongside Francisco Serracín, owner of Finca Don Pachi and a respected figure with more than six decades of experience in the coffee world, we learned that excellence also lies in knowing how to observe. In being able to distinguish, among thousands of beans, the one worthy of becoming part of an exceptional cup.

That is why our symbol is an eye.

Because before we can savor, we must first learn to see. To see the origin, the land, nature, the hands, and the potential that exists within every tiny seed.

And it is blue because it represents our most personal perspective: that of a family member who looks with excitement at all that has been built and dreams of everything still to come.
